Christmas & New Years Eve breaks £300.00/night. The house is decorated so it sparkles & shines, a special place to celebrate the festive season.

Guests can book via Home Away, Air BNB & Trip Advisor although this does incur a booking or service fee requested by these sites for their booking fee & insurance. Please read our glowing reviews on the sites. We have achieved Superhost and have Premier Status.
All guests must ensure they have Travel insurance which covers booking cancellations within 10 weeks of date of arrival.

Rates include a very warm welcome, Concierge, Luxury Hypoallergenic Linen, Luxury Fluffy White Towels, Aromatherapy products,Kitchen essentials, Hamper, High Speed WIFI, Cable & Catch up TV, NETFLIX, DVD, Bluetooth SONOS Speakers, Laundry facilities & Utilities. Private drivers for UK airport transfers can be arranged. We love welcoming international guests.

Booking Deposit is 30% of total rent to be paid within 1 week of confirming booking dates. This deposit is non refundable. Please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you for any event of cancellation. If you need to book flights to the UK we can reserve the dates for 7 days. After 7 days the dates will be released if the deposit has not been paid.
A Refundable Security Deposit is required to cover any damage, loss or breakages to the property and or its contents. This is paid with your final balance payment 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property.
£250.00 for stays less than 2 weeks
£500.00 for stays between 2-4 weeks
Booking Deposit is due within a week of confirming booking and paid by bank transfer. This is non refundable.
Refundable Damages Deposit is paid with the final balance. This will be returned to a UK bank account within 1 week of departure if it is not an international transfer when it could be up to 2 weeks after date of departure to allow for international transfer time. The security deposit will be refunded providing there is no significant damage or loss to the house and its contents. Our housekeepers will check the house inventory which is available for guests to view in our house book and is available on request prior to booking. If guests notice anything missing or broken then they are asked to report it within 24 hours of arriving at the house. If guests have booked and paid using Trip Advisor or Owners Direct the deposit return can take longer, guest will usually receive an email confirming return of their deposit to the debit or credit card used to make payment. Guests are encouraged to check their card statements.
Balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to date of arrival into the bank account details provided. This balance will include the security damages deposit. A reminder will be sent of when payment is due. Payment will be made within 1 week otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Please note that guests will bear the cost of any transfer fees including those for the return of the damages deposit.
International Bank Transfers can be accepted for payments of deposit, balance and damages deposit and any additional services guests require to be booked before or during their stay. Please note that guests will bear the cost of transfer fees including those for the return of the damages deposit. Our house manager will not be able to accept cash payments for security deposits on arrival. Return of damages deposit is by bank or Paypal transfer only within two weeks of departure to allow for international transfer times.
For your own and our staff security we do request a copy of current photo ID from the person who is responsible for the booking. This can either be a photo sent of your current UK or International driving licence or UK or International passport. We also require a list of all guests names, their home addresses, mobile numbers and email addresses. These details are not shared with any third party, remain confidential and will enable the final confirmation of the booking.
