Bath City Centre

The city centre is an accessible 10-15 minute walk along the famous Camden Crescent with stunning views over Bath, Bath Abbey and beyond. Bath has much Georgian architecture and many wonderful museums to explore.

There is a diverse range of independent restaurants, shops and cultural opportunities including the wonderful Thermae Bath Spa, The Theatre Royal and the Roman Baths to name a few, whilst being within close proximity to Camden and Larkhall. Camden and Larkhall offer convenience stores, pharmacy, Larkhall butchers, Goodies Deli, Larkhall Deli cafe, Larkhall farm shop and a large Co-operative supermarket.

Bath Spa railway station is a 25-minute walk or short bus or taxi journey. The train station provides main line UK intercity links with London Paddington, as well as Wales, the South West and a link to Bristol airport. The fast train to London Paddington is around 1hr11min.

The M4 motorway is accessible at junction 18, as is the A4 to Bristol.

Private taxis can be booked for UK or international travellers from Heathrow, Gatwick or Birmingham airports, the journey taking around 90 minutes from London Heathrow ariport to Bath.

First Buses depart every 10 minutes from Bath main bus station to Camden road, buses 6,6A &7. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house.

Local taxi company is Abbey taxis. Cash only or card payments accepted on the V Cars APP which guests can download for the weekend.

Parking is readily available by use of the private drive for a small car of a virtual parking permit for a larger car to park in Zone 15 designated streets close to the property.
